My name is Teresa Upton. I am a Certified Massage Therapist in the state of California, CAMTC #28296.

I have been working in the field of massage therapy since 1999. My training includes:deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, among others.
I combine years of training and practice to develop a massage based on individual needs and comfort level. I specialize in therapeutic deep tissue massage and combine that with Swedish, relaxation massage.
